未點亮LED條燈的流理台

點亮LED條燈後----明亮多了......

就是貼上這種軟燈條---全套管滴膠(60LED/M),
正白(色溫:4500K~5000K)
(廚房流理台水氣重, 不要選用裸株LED燈條, 容易氧化,
碰到水也會有短路情況發生, 雖然直流12V 不會電人,
但是LED條燈或變壓器電源會被搞掛....)
We used waterproof LED strip light (60 LED/M; color temperature: 4500k~5000k).
It won't get short-circuit easily in the kitchen, and you won't get shocked by DC even in the most humid environment - kitchen.
點亮後的情況....
With the LED strip lights on...
材料及作法:
1. 五金材料行買L形鋁條(邊寬2cm*3cm或是1.5cm*2cm都行,厚度
1mm的就可以了) ,如果太長,請他們切成短一點幾根帶回去,
安裝時,接在一起就行了.
2. 用1cm左右長度的自攻螺絲,直接把鋁條固定在廚櫃下面,距離
外面櫃門約5cm,記得, L形鋁條有一面要靠外面,目的是遮光,
避免眼睛看到LED太刺眼,另外,要把鋁條邊角地放方打磨一下,
免得太尖會刺傷人...
3. 接著把LED燈條(先量好家裡廚櫃長度,請廠家裁切並焊好接線,
加上防水熱縮套管) 條燈背面原來的雙面膠都撕掉,不能用條燈
上面的背膠來固定,管他是3M或4M的雙面膠都不行,因為LED條燈
點亮後,溫度會把雙面膠的黏性降低,條燈就黏不住垂下來了...
所以,把Silicon 矽膠(五金大賣場都有賣,選擇透明中性的
Silicon) 直接塗在條燈背面,直接黏上去就對了,(如果會垂下來
,就先用膠帶貼一下,等矽膠乾了(至少一個晚上)再撕掉膠帶就
行了)另外,剛塗好Silicon貼好條燈,可以試點亮,但不能試太久,
溫度上來會降低矽膠黏性,條燈可能會黏不住..最好等到隔天,
等矽膠都固化了,愛點多久就點多久,都不怕掉下來....
4. 如果用久了, LED亮度變暗了,光衰了,就把舊條燈撕下來,(矽膠
軟軟的很好撕的...)然後換條新的就行...
Materials and installation:
1. To get an L-shaped aluminum bar(width: 2cm x 3cm or 1.5cm x 2cm; thickness: 1mm)with proper length to your cabinet from a hardware store.
2. To use self-tapping screws(length:1cm) and attach the aluminum bar to drill into the bottom of the cabinet. to keep about 5 cm from the edge and with the other L shape faces outside(Pls. Refer to the photo.) as a shade avoiding to look directly at the LED light. To polish the corners of aluminum bar to make it less sharp and make it safer for installation.
3. To peel off the adhesive backing from the LED strip for it cannot firmly mounting on the back of the aluminum bar due to the heat of the LED strip. The heat will make the adhesive backing not work. To apply the neutral silicon on the back of the LED strip and stick onto the aluminum bar.

Use Scotch tape to hold the LED strip firmly if the silicon does not work well at this point.
Wait for overnight, silicon will dry out and hold the LED strip firmly.
4. If the LED strip was used for a long time period and would become luminous decay.
You can tear off the old LED strip, and replace it with a new ones.

5. 在廚櫃旁DIY裝個單切"平開關"(水電材料行或特力屋或
Homebox都可以買得到...),記得,要在電源插座處,接上
直流12V輸出的變壓器,把12V的電送到"平開關"這裡做開關
切換,低壓12V的電,較安全一些,因為若是接110V的話,沾水
的手可能會有觸電危險....
6. 另外,變壓器電源要選用瓦數足夠的,如果條燈瓦數是10W,
變壓器電源就選20W,多一倍,這樣變壓器的壽命就可以用
比較久....
5. To install a light switch on the side of cabinet, and connect a pcs of 12V DC transformer to the power outlet. So, you won't get injury from the shock with the low voltage.
6. We recommend using a transformer with the double watts to the total wattage of the lighting load (LED strip lighting) is used. For example, if the LED strip is 10 watts, then use a transformer with 20watts. So, you can extend the life of the transformer.
平開關的接法如下面照片,
1. 電源的負極和條燈的負極線對接,用電氣膠帶纏好.
2. 電源正極線鎖在電極螺絲上,條燈的正極線也鎖在另一顆
電極螺絲上.
3. 接著用右上以及左下二顆螺絲把開關底座鎖在要安裝的地方
,再把開關的蓋子鎖上就行了..
How to install a light switch:
1. Connecting the negative wire of the LED strip to the negative terminal of a power source, and secure them with wrapping the joint with the insulating tape.
2. Tighten the positive of power wire to the positive screw terminal; Tighten the positive of LED strip wire to the other positive screw terminal
3. To tighten the screws that holds on the switch plate and to install the light switch on the side of cabinet. Then, put the case back on the light switch.
